CoFounder & CEOAakif has 15+ years experience recruiting and managing talented professionals in sales, project management and operational roles. From 1996 to 2008, Mr. Ahmad served at the Corporate Executive Board (now acquired by GartnerGroup) where he was Managing Director and led sales & marketing teams that collectively generated over $100M in revenue, and more than 4,000 new clients across North America and Europe. He is also Co-Founder of Convergence, a nationally recognized 501c3 organization that facilitates consensus and cooperation among leading stakeholders across the public, private and non-profit sectors on major policy issues. Mr. Ahmad earned a B.A. from Yale University in Ethics, Politics and Economics, and M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management

Chief of StaffEhtisham started his career as an associate recruiter in the Business Operations team Mclean Intelligent Workforce and soon transitioned to Sr. Lead Recruiter where he filled multiple positions with Fed-Sync having requirements ranging from TS/SCI (Top Secret Clearance with SCI) to Full Scope Polygraph within the deadlines he communicated with the client. As Sr. Lead Recruiter and Advisor to Managing Director he advised on growth strategies for customers and enterprise product offerings, as well as customer service operations to DOD & Fed-Sync Community. Ehtisham Arshad is currently also serving as the Sr. Analyst to Forest Light Capital (Parent Company of MIW). He works alongside the business executive team to manage strategic initiatives and operational rhythm of the business, launch and scale new cross-functional programs, and develop leadership communications and company narratives. Ehtisham is also managing the overall acquisitions of Multi-Million Dollar Firms to the portfolio of our parent company and is also managing day to day operations of the companies in the portfolio.

I worked with MIW to find a candidate for a position that was very specific and very difficult to find.
